Jesse represents plaintiffs in personal injury and civil rights actions, and defendants charged with criminal offenses. He earned his J.D. from the University of Montana where he graduated with honors. He obtained his undergraduate degree in english and journalism from the University of Washington. While in law school, Jesse was a managing editor for the Public Lands and Resources Law Review and interned with the Federal Defenders of Montana, representing indigent defendants charged with federal crimes.

Before law school, Jesse worked as a reporter for newspapers in Seattle, Washington; Nogales, Arizona; San Jose, Costa Rica; and Missoula. When he's not at work, Jesse climbs, runs, skis and - when he can - surfs.
