Mary Maynard

Mary J. Maynard graduated from The College of Great Falls in 1983 with an Associate of Science Degree in Paralegal Studies. Prior to joining Terrazas Clark Henkel, P.C., she was a litigation paralegal with a defense firm for 25 years and served as a deputy clerk for the U.S. District Court for the District of Montana.Ms. Maynard has assisted with cases involving many areas of law, focusing primarily on civil litigation, insurance coverage and insurance bad faith. She has also prepared for and attended numerous trials in State Court, Federal Court, and Tribal Court.Ms. Maynard has served as a Member of the Montana Association of Legal Assistants, seminar chair and national counselor with the Hugh O'Brien Youth Leadership Foundation, member of the Development Counsel for St. Patrick Hospital Foundation, served on the board of directors for Hellgate Lacrosse Association, and has assisted the Westside Little League Baseball. Ms. Maynard was born and raised in Missoula, Montana. She has been married since 1991 and has one son. She treasures time spent with her family enjoying the outdoors in and around Montana. Together, they hike, bike, golf and downhill ski. She has taken many local cooking classes, and enjoys preparing fine meals for family and friends.
